Backyard is a web based application that makes time tracking and planning intuitive, invoicing pleasant and while providing your business with new insights.

Project tasks and categories are the heart of projects. Every calendar entry contains a project and project category. That way you're able to not only track the projects time span but also the areas where your team's spent their time on.

There are settings (price per hour, billable or unbillable) on a general level and project level. e.g. you can overwrite price per hour on a project level and add a category only used.

Backyard allows you to generate invoices based on your billable calendar entries but also create a fixed invoice with your calendar entries linked to.

The overview allows you to track outstanding, late, and paid invoices effortlessly and also filter quickly to get a sense of the actual incoming totals.
